A man was taken into police custody tonight in connection with an $800,000 government deal with an American music promoter.Police did not name the individual but The Royal Gazette understands that it is Zane DeSilva, a former Cabinet minister and just-returned Progressive Labour Party MP.A police spokesman said tonight: “The Bermuda Police Service can confirm that a second person has been taken into custody for questioning in connection with the ongoing investigation into
