Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) Notice to all Public Authorities as listed in the Schedule to the PATI Act 2010 Pursuant to sections 7(1)(b), 8(1), and 58(3) of the Public Access to Information (PATI) Act 2010, every public authority listed in Column 1 of the Schedule to the Act shall submit to the Information Commissioner by Tuesday, 2 January 2024, the ICO 2023 Annual Return.
