APPOINTMENT OF MARRIAGE OFFICERPursuant to the provisions of The Marriage Act 1944, the Minister of Home Affairs, on the 5th June, 2023 licensed Pastor Joshua Martin Koss as a Marriage Officer, thereby enabling him to perform a marriage ceremony in Bermuda on June 5th, 2023 only. Aubrey Pennyman
