Vehicle examinations at the Transport Control Department halted this afternoon for a union meeting.A spokesman for the Ministry of Transport said work paused from 11.45am until 15 minutes after the end of a Bermuda Public Service Union membership meeting.The spokesman said that the ferry service will run as scheduled with no anticipated disruptions.He added: “The Ministry of Transport apologises for the short notice and appreciates the understanding of the public.”
